Most people are aware of the Candida diet..but I will just outline here
the main foods to avoid. Obviously, the more serious the problem, the more restrictive
you need to be.
Sugar, white, brown, natural, maple, date, etc.
These are the worst...other people find it best to avoid dairy and wheat products. You can try this and see if it improves things for you.
Remember to read all labels for these foods and words such as "fructose, glucose/fructose (which is ordinary sugar said more "nicely")
dextrose, (which is corn sugar), corn syrup, etc.
I feel that most Candida programs are far too "off the wall" in that most people who live in 21st century North America
cannot exist on these diets and live a normal life in the western world. So I have tried to set up something workable
and at the same time effective.
I would truly love to hear your comments. Please feel free to contact me at Dr. Deb's E-Mail
Here is what I would suggest to try:
Oregano Oil...3 drops in water ..3x per day
Probiotics..to replace the "right" bugs in your digestive system 2 on waking and 2 at bedtime
Undecyn..a very good grapefruit extract..1 per meal..3X per day
FNGL..a combination specifically directed at any fungal infection..1 per meal..3X per day
Often with candida and a disturbed natural flora balance..parasites are part of the problem. If this is the case
I suggest Para-Gard and Black Walnut Combination.
Para-Gard - 1 per meal..3X per day
Black Walnut Combination...15 drops 2X per day...Breakfast and Bedtime is a good idea.
Remember..as I always suggest..start with 1/2 or less dosage to make sure your body agrees with this. Its best to quit
other supplements while doing a new protocol..so you know what works.
After a week on the decreased dosage and you are feeling ready..then go to the full dosage.
