I have put together a basic detoxification protocol for those who
wish to manage their own mercury detoxification/poisoning. It is always recommended that you
have a program put together which suits you in specifically, taking into consideration
all of your health concerns.
This, though is a safe, reasonable place to start for those who are not very, very ill...or take this plan to your health practitioner and have them help you personalize it.

The supplements in 2) Mercury Detoxification - Ongoing can be taken up to two weeks before amalgam removal begins.
I seriously recommend to start with 1) Drainage for about 1 month before starting removals
Then a couple of weeks before removal start the basic Detoxification Protocol and maintain this for at least two months after removal
I seriously advise AGAINST and pharmacological chelators (DMSA, DMPS, even Alpha-Lipoic Acid) before 6-8 weeks after the last amalgam has come out.
The reason for this is your body will dump a lot of mercury during this time..and I have found that is when people experience the greatest NEGATIVE effects of
the chelators. Better to go with natural support of your body's own mechanisms at the beginning and pull in the "heavy guns" once you are more cellularly
stable.
