As said in the Thymuline description, one takes one whole vial of Thymuline on the first of the month. Homeopathics must be taken away from food or drink, on a clean palate, so first thing in the morning is a good time. Then go shower or whatever and don’t eat, drink or brush your teeth for 20 minutes.
Remember Influenzinum is only half of the program. It must be accompanied by Thymuline.
You take one full vial per week for five weeks and that's it! Very simple now.
I usually start people on this regime in October..but it is never too late to start in any month of the winter.
