Update on Swine Flu Relief...Flu relief of symptom is the main issue now. Is the Swine flu contagious? You bet. But it's still clinically a mild flu, only complicated by drugs or underlying medical conditions. Yes, there have been deaths, but what the media forgets to tell you is that there are flu deaths every year. This is not new information. The Swine Flu 'epidemic' is in full swing and so are the myths and fabrications..fostered by the media. Bogus claims that "There are no adjuvants (fillers) in the flushot", "Swine flu is more dangerous than the normal seasonal flu", "The vaccine will provide flu relief and will not hurt you", "The flu vaccine is good for you"..HA!...and the ridiculous list goes on. There was even some report that taking the flu shot when pregnant would ensure better birth-weight babies and even prevent pre-mature birth...Unbelievable bunk! A physician I do trust...Dr. Tom Jefferson, who has authored 10 reviews of research on the influenza vaccine for the Cochrane Collaboration, (a widely recognized leading international science institution that evaluates clinical research) has basically concluded that there is scare evidence that any flu shot is helpful..and he is particularly harsh about the H1N1 shot. Amylase Enzyme - Another enzyme, amylase is needed for your body to completely break down carbohydrates in your intestines for absorption.
